Dorado

Gliders

Long-Range AUVs (LRAUVs)

Tethys

Tethys will circle the Northern ESP, then run a lap around a box oriented East-West. The Western edge of the box is currently adaptive at the user level (single command to change the longitude), with plans to make it adapt autonomously by detecting a front using Yanwu's algorithm, as time permits.

Daphne

Daphne will circle a submerged LST, using the Benthos DAT to query an acoustic modem on the LST roughly once every minute.

Lagrangian Sediment Traps (LSTs)

  • Operating depth 100 m
  • Two-day deployments
